ISS Top 31 2018 NHL Draft Prospect Rankings for November

By ISS Hockey on November 23, 2017

2015’s HockeyNow Minor Hockey Player of the Year for Alberta, Ty Smith broke the first ISS Hockey prospects list of the season at #10 and has slipped one spot this month. The defenceman is off to a roaring start this season and is almost at a point-per-game pace. Smith is the full package – pure skater, high hockey IQ, secret mean streak. One to watch for sure and guaranteed asset at 2018 Draft.
